These Terms of Service govern your use of the Indiplay Box device, app and subscription services ("the Service") provided by Indiplay Box ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Indiplay Box provides streaming hardware and software that enables access to internet-delivered television content. You are responsible for ensuring you hold any rights necessary to view content in your country of residence and for complying with all applicable local laws.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in EUR and may vary by region.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service without written permission.
• You may not share login credentials beyond the connection limit of your plan.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Hardware

Where hardware is provided, it remains subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Free hardware included with annual plans must be returned if the plan is cancelled within the guarantee period and a refund is issued.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for interruptions caused by your internet connection, third-party content providers, or events outside our reasonable control.
