30-day money-back guarantee

Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund (hardware must be returned in good condition).

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. We do not provide partial refunds for the current month, but you keep access until the end of the billing period.

Faulty hardware

If your Indiplay Box arrives faulty, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement or refund.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page with your order details. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
